Yea I agree that things look alot "cleaner" then on the PS3. I use the PS3 pretty much for exclusive titles and the excellent Blu ray player. Multi-platform titles I usually buy for the 360 especially if theres multiplayer. Great article Eric. Also what kind of PS3 did you buy? Did you get the new Slim?

Yeah the controller bugs me, not so much because of the battery so much as the fact that the recharge cable is like 3ft long (unless they wised up and changed it) which is about 1ft shorter than anyone will ever sit to their huge tv's. Seriously was this a budget thing? Where they trying to save money on cord? It's annoying becuase it's just long enough that if I lean forward on my couch uncomfortably I can play.

Excellent article Eric!
I enjoyed reading your comparison's of the Xbox 360's features to that of the PS3. Not owning an Xbox 360 myself I did not know the details of many of these features.
You are correct on all your critiques- the cross media bar leaves a LOT to be desired, updates and installs are LONG and render the expensive PS3 system useless until complete, HOME is a joke in my opinion, and when six axis is done wrong in a game it makes the gameplay horribly wrong.
I agree that many of these features could be corrected or even improved upon if only Sony would listen to its customers, but I am finding out that Sony tends to act BEFORE it thinks things through.
